Meet Bobo

Hi, I’m Bobo, an ADHD & AuDHD coach.

I support late diagnosed neurodiverse adults with ADHD and autism, to better understand how their unique brain works, provide a safe space where we untangle their daily challenges arising from being ND (neurodiverse), and together we create systems that work for their brains.

Let me help you discover how to work with your ADHD, not against it.

Affiliations

I have been trained by ADHD Works who are proud members of ‘The CPD Certification Service’ and ‘Association for Coaching’. I am a certified ADHD & AuDHD coach by my training with ADHD Works which is CPD accredited. I abide by ‘The Ethical Compliance Framework for ADHD & AuDHD Coaches’ .

What I can help you with

I help clients through a range of challenges, helping you understand your ADHD and how your brain works, regulate your emotions and energy, build back confidence & self-trust, and to reconnect with yourself with self-compassion and kindness.

My Approach

My coaching approach blends gentle accountability, an emphasis on self-compassion, with the powerful frameworks that I have been trained on to help you reconnect with yourself and understand how your ADHD & AuDHD keep you stuck.

We explore ways that work with your brain rather than against it.

You leave with more understanding and kindness towards yourself, and systems that feel aligned, guided by you and adapted to fit with how your brain operates.
